Uninstalled HP LJ 1022 drivers per article on your WEB site. Ran Software Update and all is up to date. I had a system crash yesterday and now cannot get my printer to work.
Please note, the repairing of permissions can take mere moments, or continue for a lengthy period depending on how many permissions need to be corrected as well as the quantity of information present. Click the button that reads Repair Disk Permissions once. Select the appropriate hard drive from the left hand column. Open the hard drive and proceed to the /Applications/Utilities folder. Open MacHD/Library/Frameworks/and drag libZJBIG.dylib to the trash. Open MacHD/Library/Receipts/ and drag hp LaserJet 1022 to the trash. Open the hard drive and proceed to the /Library/Printers/ folder. Follow the directions below to resolve the issue. If you have already reset the printing system manually with the Can anyone explain this to me and give me directions? Verbiage from the back and forth with HP is below. HP support says the problem with my 4 mo old laser printer is Apple’s cups folder and that it needs to be rest.
