On both of these Devices I don't have this Texture Glitch. The Snakes Belly in Stonesnake Shatters is also a switch puzzle. My new PC that I got in May of last year has a NVIDIA Graphics Card and my new Laptop has an AMD Radeon Graphics Chip.

UPDATE - : So I recently did some Checks. Standard Graphic Chips aren't the greatest. I haven't looked at the specifics of this computer for years now but i think i do have a standard graphics chip, and I think that Intel manufactured the chip i use for my computer. If you use a Graphics Card that you put into your PC, or if you use the Standard Graphics Chip. Larger, crazy hacks might have difficulties but simple games like OoT randomizer run without issues on Open. hardly work on Open, but recent and newer hacks, or at least those made by KazeEmanuar run close to perfect on OpenEmu, (super Mario land 64, or any of his newer mini hacks).
